Most all of our designs can be customized in any color scheme, text and font you like. Our order form allows you to include any customization requests. If you want to be sure we can accommodate your request, simply e-mail us with the Item Code and specifics and we’ll confirm that it can be done.
Proof Changes - Once an order is placed, a proof is e-mailed for your review and approval. If you have revisions to the proof, that’s no problem. If for some reason, you are unhappy with your proof, we will issue a full refund.

CAN YOU EDIT MY PHOTO... GET RID OF RED EYE, CHANGE TO BLACK AND WHITE, ETC.?
Yes, if we see obvious blemishes - red eye, scratches in older photos, etc., we typically correct those things without being asked. Often times customers ask if we can eliminate an undesirable background in a photo. In most cases, we can either remove or blur the photo background to give a more professional look. Typically these changes are made at no additional cost (depending upon complexity). If you have a particular concern about your photo, include it when ordering or e-mail the photo beforehand with any questions.
Photos are also easily changed to black and white or sepia. In addition we have techniques to sharpen, lighten, or darken your photo to some degree if requested.
I’M LOOKING FOR AN OCCASION I DON’T SEE ON YOUR WEBSITE?
Please e-mail us if you have an occasion not shown on our website. In many cases we may have done this occasion for someone else and can email you an example, or possibly be able to design something for you. Keep in mind, we have many magnets on our website that will work for many occasions simply by changing the text, which is never a problem.

Orders can be placed via this secure website or by calling our toll free number 1-888-340-2167. We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, Discover AMEX, and Paypal. You also have the option at checkout to mail your payment via check/money order (orders via check are not processed until payment has cleared).
Submitting photos with your order. You will be able to upload 1 photo on the order form... if your magnet requires more than 1 photo, please email the photos to us and be sure to include your name so that we can match it with your order. You may also choose to mail your photo(s) to be scanned by us at the address below (again be sure to include the name the order was placed under... photo will be returned with order):

WILL I RECEIVE A PROOF?
Once your order is placed, a proof of your magnet will be emailed for your review and approval (often times within 24 hours excluding weekends). Once we receive your approval, we will process your order.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are typically shipped within 2-3 days of proof approval (excluding weekends). Shipping is usually another 2-3 days depending on location (U.S. only). Most orders are received in approx. 1 week.
CAN MY ORDER BE RUSHED?
Yes, the option for Rush Service is available at checkout at a cost of $45.95. Rush Service includes processing and shipping an order within 24-48 hours via U.S. Express Mail (overnight) once we have received your proof approval (excluding weekends). As a result, most rush orders are received within 2-3 days of placing order. If you want to confirm that a rush order can be delivered by a set date, please e-mail us the quantity being ordered and date needed, and we’ll get back to you ASAP to let you know if we can accommodate your order.
All orders are shipped via U.S. Priority Mail at $6.95 (unless rush service is chosen).

Yes. Simply e-mail the Item Code (found directly under the magnet image) and size (Large/X-Large) along with your address and we will be happy to mail a free sample so that you may see the quality of our magnets. Sorry, we cannot personalize samples as they are preprinted. We also ask that only 1 magnet sample be requested. Samples are usually mailed within 24 hours of your request.
CAN I RECEIVE AN E-MAIL PROOF OF MY MAGNET BEFORE I PLACE MY ORDER?
Yes. Although all customers receive a proof for approval after an order is placed, if you prefer to receive your e-mail proof prior to ordering, we will be happy to do that at a cost of $5.00. If after receiving your proof, you proceed with an order, your $5.00 will be refunded and taken off your order total by simply using a promotional code at checkout (you will receive this promotional code shortly after ordering your proof). *In accordance with U.S. Postal guidelines, letters must be at least 3 ½” x 5” x .007 inch thick. Anything smaller may jam postal equipment or be lost. (If using your own envelopes be sure they are large enough to meet this requirement)
