HOW OUR FAVORS ARE MADE
1. What materials are used to create your bookmarks?
Our bookmarks are printed on premium photo paper and then machine laminated on both the front and back for protection from surface dirt, moisture, etc. Each bookmark then has a tassel added in the color of your choice.
2. What materials are used to create your magnets?
Our magnets are printed on premium photo paper and then machine laminated on the front with a clear laminate for protection from surface dirt, moisture, etc. On the back of our magnets, a thin adhesive flexible magnetic backing is applied (similar to the business card/promotional magnets you have probably seen).
CHANGES THAT CAN BE MADE TO OUR FAVORS
1. Can I use my own verse or wording on your favors?
Yes, as long as your verse will fit, we will be happy to accommodate any text changes.
2. Can you change the background color of a favor from what is displayed on the web site?
Yes, in most cases. E-mail us to be sure before ordering.
3. Can other colors in the design of the favor be changed (flower color, wedding band colors from gold to silver, etc.)?
Yes, in most cases. E-mail us to be sure before ordering.
4. Can the text color be changed on my favors?
Yes.
5. Can the text font be changed on my favors?
Yes. However, the fonts shown on our web site have been selected because we feel they best compliment our favors.
6. Can I send my own graphic/design to be used on my favors?
Yes - if the file is of good quality and is not a copyrighted image. However, depending on the extent of customization requested, there may be additional charges. Email your image to us and we will let you know if we can work with the image and if any additional cost is required.
PHOTO FAVORS
1. Do I send my photo by mail or can I email my photo to you?
Either way is fine.
If you are sending your photo by mail, we will scan your photo and send you a proof for your approval before processing your order - your photo will be returned with your order. Mail photo to:

When e-mailing your photo, please send your file in “.jpg” or “.tif” format to donna@favorlady.com and a proof will be emailed for your approval before printing your order.
2. How much postage will it cost me to mail out my magnets once I receive them?
Only 1 stamp is necessary for mailing both our large and small magnets.
OCCASION NOT LISTED ON OUR WEB SITE
1. Can you create favors for an occasion not listed on your web site?
Yes, in most cases. E-mail us and we will do our best to accommodate your occasion/theme.
SAMPLES
1. Can I get a sample?
Yes. Simply email the Item Name and Size of the sample you would like to see (one only please) along with your name and address to donna@favorlady.com. Sorry, we cannot customize your sample.
RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
1. When can I expect my order?
Please allow approximately two weeks for delivery after order is placed and payment and approval of your proof have been received.
2. Will you accept a rush order?
Yes, we will accept rush orders when possible. Rush orders will be shipped in no more than 2 business days after receipt of payment and approval of proof. You have the option of having your order shipped via Priority Mail (2-3 day delivery) for $30.95 or via Express Mail (overnight delivery to most areas in U.S.) for $45.95. You will find the rush order options on the order page. Please E-mail before ordering to make sure we can accommodate your rush order at that time.
