Hello! Please let us introduce ourselves... Tim and Donna O'Keeffe. We are the creators, owners, and the blood, sweat and tears behind all things Favor Lady.

Favor Lady is based in Hanover, PA, and we have been designing and creating personalized magnets and bookmarks for just about any occasion you can think of for the past 23 years. The business idea came after crafting magnets and bookmarks for our Sunday school class as a tool to aid in scripture memorization. We evolved that craft into what you see today in our shop.

We hope you will find us to be very down to earth folk who love what we do and really enjoy serving our customers. We have been blessed to have been able to establish many long-term relationships with those we have served over the years, and would love the opportunity to add you to that list!

Tim does background stuff here at Favor Lady like accounting and computer/equipment repair and helps with shipping as well.

Donna handles customer interaction, designs and creates the final product.

We strive to give our customers the kind of positive experience that inspires them to share our products and services with others. It's very satisfying to play a small, but significant role in the lives of our customers as they celebrate some of life's most important occasions, as well as to help them with difficult life events, such as memorializing a loved one.
